Music allows us to connect with God and each other in a joyful way. In our church it is a vital and exciting element of our worship services and we invite you to participate!
We have a senior voice choir and a handbell choir made up of members of our church community. During worship service our choir, and our congregation, sing music of many styles: traditional, contemporary, gospel, popular, and more -- accompanied by organ, piano, keyboard, guitar, drums and other instruments.
The choirs are open to adults (high school and older) who wish to join at any time. If you are interested in joining either choir - or both - please contact our Director of Music Ministry, Jeff Hobart.
Our choirs proudly join with the community of Randolph in celebrating such events as community winter celebrations, The Ecumenical Thanksgiving Celebration and The Third of July Parade.
Senior Voice Choir
Our four part Voice Choir shares music of many different styles to enhance our worship service each Sunday. The choral pieces help to set the tone for entering a worshipful space, and then build to joyful praise of our Lord.
During the voice choir’s summer season break, members of our church community and beyond offer vocal or instrumental solos or ensembles during worship.
Because singing increases the risk for coronavirus transmission, until September 2021 we will have a virtual choir. Band and choir members record their parts individually and send tracks in for compilation. The final version is used in our virtual worship services and once worship resumes in the church sanctuary, for everyone’s safety, it will be played for the congregation.
We welcome all singers to join us. If you would like to sing with us, or get more information about this opportunity, please contact our Director of Music Ministry, Jeff Hobart.
Chapel Chimes Choir
The Chapel Chimes is a handbell group open to adults (high school and older) who wish to “make a joyful noise unto the Lord". This group traditionally rings on the last Sunday each month during worship service and performs seasonal concerts open to the public.
As we continue with gradual reopening, we will explore safe ways for the group to ring music again to enhance our worship.
During the Christmas and Easter seasons,
we traditionally present special musical
celebrations with instrumental
accompaniment for our worship services
and for the community as well.
Our most recent project was Once Upon a Morning, a creative storybook-like work spanning from Easter through Pentecost. Because of the pandemic our production had to be postponed indefinitely. We are already in discussion about ways to celebrate the upcoming Christmas season and raise our voices in praise.
Do you have a gift for music? Play an instrument? Is singing a passion? Want to learn to play bells? Contact us.

Our summer youth theater program was inaugurated in August 2015 with a vibrant production of the Broadway version of Godspell, followed by spectacular productions of Jesus Christ Superstar in 2016, Guys and Dolls in 2017 and Children of Eden in 2018. In the summer of 2019 the program presented the New England premiere of Here We Go ‘Round! A Musical Fantasy, written the Rev. David Henkelmann, a member of our congregation. The show was previously produced off Broadway when Dave was a minister in New York City, and was revived to wide acclaim once again in Randolph.
Supporting enthusiastic and talented young actors from our congregation and the greater community, a team of our church and community members lends their time and talents to every aspect of these productions. Check back soon for next summer’s production!
